A review of several studies on the effect smoking bans have had on people's health show some positive signs -- improvement in health.

But that still doesn't mean laws like ours in Minnesota, which bans smoking in open-to-the-public but still *private* establishments like bars and restaurants and just about everywhere else, aren't flagrant violations of the rights of property owners.
